I had the vgs on jan 14th.

What are some things that can help with acid reflux? I take Prilosec already, but sometimes I feel like it doesn't work so, I take another one before 24 hours.

I take 3 20mg Rx Prilosec, 4 150mg OTC Zantac at nite + 1 20mg Prilosec in the am + chew my weight in Tums everyday. I'm probly overdoing it (especially at nite) and my dr has no idea I take this much (I plan on telling him in my upcoming appt) otherwise he'd probly put a stop to it. If I take any less than this regimen, I'm up at 3am with severe reflux and can't eat till about 1 pm cuz of my morning heartburn.

If u find something that works, please let me know what it is! Oh, I'm 7 mths post op, btw...
