What did you bring to drink on the plane on the flight home?

I'm wondering if we're allowed to bring clear liquids on the plane with is? If not, did you bring a powder or some kind of protein to mix with water? What would work for this?

I brought packets of propel zero to mix with water. But security actually let me through with my 2 bottles of pedialyte after I told them I just had surgery and they ran it through their little scanner to verify it wasn't explosive. You could also purchase something once through security. I saw vitamin water and muscle milk in the little shops. On board, they usually serve apple juice and tea.

I also brought powder drink packets of the Propel Zero as well as some generic Crystal Lite packets. I was initially thinking about bringing a premier Protein shake with me, but opted against it for two reasons. First, TSA doesn't have to let it through without a medical note/Rx, (though as the above poster saw, they aren't all super-strict, it's luck of the draw). Second, I was jumping the gun, as I was on clear liquids for the first week post-op. So, no point in even worrying about it.

Instead, I brought some individual packets of chicken and beef bullion in case I needed it. All said and done though, I just stuck to my propel.
