The bariatric clinic just sent off my paperwork on Monday. I am a little nervous, and can't wait to see if I'm approved. I'm gonna call my insurance Friday to check the status. Can't wait to get my journey started!!!! Fingers Crossed!

I am BCBS of Alabama too. They sent mine last Tuesday and I am still waiting. Insurance company says it is still in review.

Ok I went to the doc on Tuesday and they submitted it to the surgeon on Wednesday how long do u think I need to wait before I called them or should I called bcbs

I called BCBS of Alabama today. It has been 10 days she told me to call back Monday and they will have an answer. I am praying for us both!
