Day 1 of Pre-Op Diet (almost) Complete

Day 1 of Pre-Op Diet (almost) Complete

As you can see in my attachments, I had over 70 grams Protein today when I needed about 65 grams per my nutritionist. Yay me!

I am still a little hungry, just finished dinner. I waited a bit late to eat dinner because of schedules. My awesome husband grilled my pork chop in 7 inches of snow while their homemade chili was cooking. I get to have a sugar free carnation instant Breakfast in a bit. That will help I am sure curb my hunger.

If I had eaten on schedule I probably wouldn't be as hungry, or it could be I burned calories shoveling snow.....idk....but we are taking before pics tonight. ????????

It is the MyNetDiary Pro....they have a free edition, but I have the paid one. You can manipulate your calories and protein goals, etc on the paid one. I researched tons and it is by far superior to any other one out there. Easy to use too.

I have had the MyNetDiary for about 2 years now. Even my kids use it on their phones.
