Aetna Health Insurance

So I have completed all of my pre-op requirements. However I have encountered a serious problem. I am unable to find medical records from the past 2 years. Is there a chance that I will be approved anyway?

    I was denied by Aetna because I didn't have a high enough weight for 2012 even though I did for 2011. I self-paid.
