Today is the day i stop the roller coaster!

I am excited! Today is the day. Sitting here waiting to go back to get sleeved. I started at 242 lbs. back in October. Today 214.

I have been up and down in weight. No more!! Going to lose all this extra fat and get fit!!

I remember I would play a game as I was waiting to go into the OR. They are always expecting your BP to shoot up in anticipation of the surgery so, I would close my eyes each time they came to check my BP and think of getting a soothing deep massage with soft music playing, breathing slow and easy.........and would chuckle when they were shocked to see my BP didn't rise a bit. Plus the exercise is just plain great to stay relaxed. Give it a try and get in the zone. Good luck, see ya on the loser's bench.

I just had a massage on Saturday! I'll have to remember this on Thursday. Thanks! :)
