I need to lost 20lbs in 3 weeks

Recommended Posts

Had surgery December 30th and I lost a total of 23 lbs in the month of January. I am now 189. I know I won't lose a lot because I was never huge according to my doc. Anyways I have a bridal shower on the 23rd of February and I just ordered my favorite dress online in size LARGE since that was the biggest size they had. I work out at the gym 3 times a week since I work full time and go to school full time. I do wake up early like 5am every day so I thought I can do some DVD workouts at home on Monday to Friday. I really need to lose 20lbs because I am scared my dress won't fit. I eat very healthy so hopefully I'll be able to do it :/ so nervous and this will be a huge party. Wish me luck

Don't put too much stress on yourself..going to school and working full time seems like a very hectic schedule, plus upping your exercise routine. . U may have lost more inches than u realize. Fingers crossed.

No my waist is still 46in I did lose my bra size from 40-36.. I need to lose some weight from my tummy because the dress is fitted and don't want to look like a prego girl haha.

Yes I always tend to keep my plate full. I have to workout more. I walk for an hour during my lunch Monday to Friday and gym Friday to Sunday but now I want to add DVD workout at 5am for Monday to Friday

I've lost 73 pounds and I still carry the pregnant tummy look. Granted its smaller becuase I've lost so much weight..but its still there under all my clothes.

I know that a couple of the vets have stated that the biggest part of you is always the last to go down.

Keep working it honey....you sound like youre pretty determined so I'm guessing you'll be close. Maybe wear some Spanx under the dress if its close?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
