I lost 1/2 lb in 3 weeks. How depressing! Hoping to change this now. I'm hiring an assistant so I can go to the gym more!

This is definitely a difficult time -- I feel like I need to find the right mode and my body will start shedding again. Going for an appointment with the nutritionist tomorrow and seeing the surgeon

Hello, I got my second fill Monday, so I am at 6cc. I was depressed last time I went because I gained a pound, almost through me off. This time I lost and I am at 35.5 pd nothing to sneeze at. Surgery

Hello, I got my second fill Monday, so I am at 6cc. I was depressed last time I went because I gained a pound, almost through me off. This time I lost and I am at 35.5 pd nothing to sneeze at. Surgery was 11/18/2013.

You can do it. I haven't been able to exercise but looking forward to walking, One foot at a time.

Look forward to saying goodbye to January!
