Update time

Surgery was June 24

2 weeks prior to Surgery I was 419

Surgery day I was 399

Was uncomfortable, felt tired

Today 292. Did 5 miles at the gym in 60 minutes and feel great

Sure I still drink soda and in occasion I have a small cookie and rice, Pasta....but I eat very little of it, this tool has been very helpful. I workout 2-3x a week.

Waist was 52 now 42-44

Still ways to go but I am so glad I did this.
