Surgery lap band

HAd surgery on December 10, I was able to lose the recommended 10 lbs before and have lose 10 lbs after. Don't recommend having surgery at the end of a cold . I never felt so thirsty. So far so good . I see the surgeon this coming week and I definitely am beginning to feel hungrier . I weight 220 and it's been over 20 years since I was under 200. Trying to keep on track

good luck on your road to being skinny. let us know if we can help in anyway. have a speedy recovery.

My surgery was on the 18th. I'm starting to hit the hungrier phase and the rapid weight loss from the special pre and postop diets has come to a screeching halt. But I will persevere because I realize I chose a WLS with a slow weight loss. Keep up the good work!
