  1. yes I was sore for about 4 weeks I was named dec 10
  2. Constipation happens when we eat more protein than carbs .talk to your dr for a laxative or stool softener . I been weighting every thing I eat . Keeping it between recommended amounts around 3 oz at a time also bought a timer for watching how fast I eat ( 20 sec to chew and 40 sec before next bite). I forgot once an had a real stomach ache. Timing is a great help but the food gets cold quick
  3. HAd surgery on December 10, I was able to lose the recommended 10 lbs before and have lose 10 lbs after. Don't recommend having surgery at the end of a cold . I never felt so thirsty. So far so good . I see the surgeon this coming week and I definitely am beginning to feel hungrier . I weight 220 and it's been over 20 years since I was under 200. Trying to keep on track
