Are you putting them through the blender? I had to stop because it had too many bubbles in it.

Yes. I bloat easy with very cold substances. I get a small ice cream cone from McDonalds on occassion and it bloats me. I find I am more senative to the cold stuff.

when i was still nursing we never gave patients post surgery ice cold Water. ice chips yes but not water. the reason. it causes gas.

No, don't have that problem< i always use ice in my smoothies

Thanks y'all! I do use ice in the blender. maybe I should give it a minute after I blend it and stir it around to help the air come out? I will try some different things. Thanks again for the responses.
