So ive started the process of wls, but my pcm is very anti wls. I changed my pcm today and I have an appointment with my new one...fingers crossed for my referral. If all goes well I should be well on my way to getting to the next step, but just in case this doctor falls through are there anyone who went through NS Mayport as far as referrals? Who did you go through? Thanks in advance.

Did he tell you why he's anti-WLS?

He did, he states that wl isnt hard, people just make it hard.....and on and on. He made me very uncomfortable and I reported him to my husbands superiors.....but now I have a female pcm...I will be meeting her tomorrow. Hopefully she's different

Good luck!! Let us know how it goes. You can search surgeons on this site and you can find people who have had their surgeries with her. Maybe compare notes or ask questions.
