Beltline Lipectomy or Abdominoplasty

Hey there all you Bandsters!

I am consulting with a PS about a Beltline Lipectomy. Has anyone heard of the procedure? I have a friend (guy) who has had it done. The thought of the beltline lipectomy is that it conquers loose legs and the abdominal issue in one surgery. Has anyone any thoughts on the procedure? Heard of it? Had it done?
