New years, new me... Recipes

I'm 10 months and 9 days post op, I've lost 120 pounds but gained 3 back during the holidays. My goal is to start fresh on January 1, 2014. I am looking for good tools to use such as food prepping ( never done this ), recipes ( my boyfriend is skinny and we live together so good food is a must).... Mostly looking for dinner ideas. I can do boiled eggs or bacon for breakfast. Wendy's chili for lunch or salad or something. Mostly dinner ideas. I do not like rice, fruit, or shrimp. Please help!

Do you have a crock pot?? You can make great meals that are healthy with that. Google different meats and crockpot and VOILA!
