I live in moorhead mn, which is next to Fargo nd. Struggling with eating unhealthy, drinking pop, and very low in protein. Back issues so need some ideas for some exercises low impact. Having back surgery trial, if it works they are inserting the device permanently. I also have mental health issues and having a hard time with symptoms. Help!!!!

Live in a group home and have very verbal roommates and staff treat me like shit. Moving out soon but have had problems with my mental health, because of living in a bad environment
