Surgery in the morning!

I feel like I'm ready. I've been reading the forum and feel like I have a good idea of what to expect. I bought a heating pad and gas-x strips. I even have 2 quarts of won ton broth in the fridge. So why am I so nervous? This is the second surgery I've ever had. The first was a tubaligation (sp?), so not a big deal. I guess if the EKG or blood work came back saying I wouldn't survive the anesthesia, they would have let me know. I am just nervous. About both the surgery and the first week after. I just want to wake up and be feeling good and in the mushy stage.

I'm sure you will do great Diva. I was nervous also when it came right down to the wire. But I'm feeling better and better every day. I even ate a couple of egg noodles out of the turkey noodle soup I made today.
