How do I add a picture to my profile?

Hi everyone. I'm having trouble figuring this out! I have an iPhone. I did figure out how to attach a picture but there is an error and it says to contact administrated. How do I do that? Thanks!

    Did you go to the "more" icon on the bottom click on "profile" then click the blank avatar?
