are you a self pay or did you get insurance approval?

i will be banded soon and i live in moore getting it done by dr svein holsaeter and it is insured through where i work

insurance approved in less than a week. have first consul on nov 6. have started low carb diet, i make shakes and have two a day and a healthy high protein dinner. i feel so much better. started my diet oct 17. havent weighted but who knows, got my hair done and i feel good. there will be the real me come out of this cocoon one of these days i can hardly wait. by the way i live in tecumseh ok goin to dr nelson in norman.
