Ok I need help.... My endocrinologist put me on omacor for my cholesterol and TG. It is a VERY concentrated fish oil- YEP you guess right it tastes HORRIBLE. It comes in a VERY large capsule that I dont dare swallow. So Ive been cutting it open and TRYING not to taste too much of the FISHY nastiness!!

I have chased it with a tasty liquid Vitamin that actually has helped some.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

Why dont you ask for a smaller dose that can be doubled to get the same mgs, or ask for a gelcap that could slide down better, I know there are lots of different fish oils, but if he is set on that particuar one, maybe it comes smaller. Its worth a try!

gonnabethin...you poor poor thing...I don't envy your position...but I agree with what Victoriana says...see if it comes in smaller doses.
