Just got my first fill the other day. I have heard people say that they are tighter in the morning. Is it possible that I'm also tighter in the evening? lunch is the only thing going completely smooth.

Sure that's possible. I am finding that since the weather has gotten cooler I am tighter in the evenings. I'm not having any trouble eating my meals, but I do find that I am not as hungry for it when I get home which is a good thing. Sometimes my drive home can take an hour or more and when I'm too hungry I eat too fast and then it's not a pleasant experiance.

Weather and barometric pressure has a lot to do with your band. If it's raining mine gets super tight.

in the a.m., i am tight (not hungry is a way to describe)

if i am stressed, i am also on the (tight) side....and around my TOM..

ole man asked me what i meant by tight one day (after i got him out of gutter)

and i said i just feel full/not hungry...

my doctor once again wants me to buy a cheap ring. it will tell me if i have some swelling going on so i will be more careful with chewing and timing and what i am eating. i told her that the first ring i put back on my finger is my wedding band. i am so hoping that on dec.27th that will be a score. i will be married 28 yrs. and would love to wear my ring. so i showed her my medi-alert Bracelet that is stretchable. she said that would work too. i think i am tighter in the morning too. never gave it a thought before but i don't recall a stuck episode other than morning. weird.

My problem is that I've gotten stuck or almost stuck eating things I was eating before my fill. Only in the morning and evening. lunch goes down fine, which has been a lean cuisine pizza and it's way more bread and seems like something I would get stuck on more than the things I've actually gotten stuck on.

This ring thing is interesting to me. So, they are saying how a ring or Bracelet is fitting you could determine how your band is fitting?! Has anyone noticed that this worked? May have to get me some right hand bling while I wait for a man to get me some left hand bling!;)

My "right hand" bling is tight right now and i was only able to take in 2 bites of left over cold pizza.

I was wondering if it was bcuz it was cold that its getting stuck but also possibly bcuz its morning

Last night when it arrived hot i got down an entire slice!

I am tight in the mornings. I have to sip a cup of hot tea before I can even think of having my morning smoothie. I was not like this before my second fill and the cold weather we have been having, but I am liking it. I am eating about a 1/4 cup of solid food again and feeling satisfied for a few hours. At night I am able to eat a little more, but only a bite or two more.

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
