As I was reading these I was thinking to myself that these are in fact the habits of success in general, too, aren't they? I need to look at this list not only when I am feeling goofy about weight control stuff, but also when I don't want to file that report, or clean my desk...

Love the list. Must get the book.

It really is a good book .The Beck Diet Solution. I have to make cards and put them in my car , in the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. It helps to reinforce what you want to do.

I really need to get the work book. I am sure it's more of a help than the actual book.
