Regarding Graphic Pictures

Recommended Posts

I am wondering how much people really want to see on this site. I have some very graphic pictures of my recent Tummy Tuck and I know some folks would be interested. I also have before and after pictures from the tummy tuck and breast lift. I am naked in these pictures and would hate to be offending others with posting a graphic picture.

I don't have a problem with these photos as I would want to see what I planned to have done on someone else and am always curious about other's weight loss journey. My question is, is it best to email people in private or should the pictures be posted for all who are interested to see? Thanks for your input!

I'd love to see the photos. As long as your face isn't in the photos, I would go ahead and post them here if I were you.

On a side note, how bad was it having the drainage tubes in for so long? How much time did you take off from work? I actually want to have everything done -- thighs, tummy, arms, boob lift, face and neck lift, too.

Yes - others have posted photos that were graphic - they either blacked out the delicate parts - or cropped their heads out.

I, for one, am interested to see the whole process. I know that the TT is in my future.

If you want to post but are concerned about some of the more graphic areas, you can email them to me and I will censor out the parts you're unsure about. We've seen many a blurred nipple and pooty around here. :)

:( Hehehehehehe! I'm sorry I'm laughing but I'm just struck by the phase "burred pooty". I laugh even typing it!

My head is not in shots but the tattoos are there. I was not concerned for myslef as I could care less. I just did not want to offend others. I work on the pictures for the plastic surgery ans post them by the weekend.

FYI - My doctor said he has left drain tubes in for for as long as 6 weeks so i should stop my bitching1 At that point my drain was already out so we were friends again. :)

Spydr, I'm glad you've decided to post the pics, I'm interested in seeing your transformation too. PS is almost a certainty in my future and it sure does ease my mind about the $ I will have to spend to see the results people get.

God I'm so scared of the TT and the breast lift but I know they are in my future... cry!!!!

So yes I would like to see the pics, but I am really more interested in a verbal description from you as to how much it hurt and how long your recovery took.

I posted the pictures in a new thread via a link. That way, the pictures on not on this site so those that veiwed them made a choice to do so. I thought that would work.

FYI - My pooty was not blurred so be kind! :(

I think when you post a warning that they are graphic, that is fair enough.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

So proud of you Cat. Getting into those smaller size clothes is half the fun isn't it?. Keep up the good work!!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞

I may have to have gall bladder surgery during my weight loss surgery. Not thrilled about it either but do not want 2 recovery times. Just want it over with.

Thanks for your post. I may need to rethink my decision... :(
