Today is actually my first day trying this to. So far I just keep thinking of all the food I want to eat!!! It is very hard for me because I have to constantly be in the kitchen making food for my 3 yr old! But so far I have had 1 Protein Shake, 2 cups of Water, and 2 small cups of coffee! I think when it comes time for dinner I am going to play with my hair and makeup or something lol.. I don't think I can be strong enough to stay away from food on my own!!

Oh and the 5 day pouch test is where you shrink your pouch back up by starting with your surgery basics. 2 days of all liquids, 1 day of soft Protein, 1 day of reg. protein and then 1 day of dry hard protein. It seems like it would be easy.. but it is def not!

I do think that my pouch has gotten bigger. I don't get that full feeling anymore.. not at all! I have been really bad though, and I have gained 10lbs! I was at 145 and now I am at 155!!! so I really need to re evaluate the way I have been doing things. It gets out of control before you even realize it! Its a pretty scary thing.. so that is why im doing the pouch reset. I hope it works. I also just had major back surgery.. so because of that and being stuck on the couch for 2 months.. all I did was eat and I wasn't able to exercise...

I want to try this! I've had a HARD last 3 months due to some personal life crap. I've lost weight but no means how I wanted. No gym for like a month even then I wasn't doing what I needed to. Eating poorly when I could eat. Not enough water..... Just all around bad! I don't feel full or hungry. I need a major reset!

Still haven't broke 200 yet. I'm struggling big time and need some new motivation.

May start this tomorrow.

My pouch stretched and I gained like 45lbs in a year. I just had a revision on 9-30. I don't feel hungry but I can drink like crazy and don't feel full.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

That's brilliant! You've done amazing!! I should probably think about changing my profile picture at some point. Mine is the doll from Squid Games. Ironically the whole premise of the show is about dodging death. We've both done that...

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks
