How long after your surgery did you resume taking vitamins?

I was just sleeved in Tijuana. Conflicting info, one page says when I get home. Another says one week, and the discharge consultant said 14 days. (So confused)

I would say right away, go with chewables, but your results may vary based on what others say. I chew 2 multi-vitamins every day.

I was told to wait 2 weeks so that's what I did. The concern was vitamins on essentially an empty stomach.

Two days later, chewables and the dissolving kind.

Mine was 10 days out. All Dr s are different but I think you'll find most at about 2 weeks
