Band to sleeve approval

Did anyone get denied by their insurance for a revision? I have Barnabas health in NJ. My coordinator said she primarily needed my psych eval to send in to get approval which I did last week and they had to write a letter saying how the band failed me. I threw up from day one with the band. Was pretty much bulimic but only lost 15 pounds in 13 months. It just stressed me out. I was deflated 3 weeks ago and I'm feeling human again but gained 3 pounds already.
