I told her about my WLS and us 100% supportive and many WLS patients still stay on their maintenance program to weigh in, get b12 booster shots and purchase their Protein products.

Did anyone else continue taking an during your pre-op diet before surgery???

Or do any WLS prescribe them during the liquid diets??

I've never heard anyone speak of such a thing, they may be trying to just keep making money off of you as long as they can! You don't need any of that stuff if you're going to have or have had the GS surgery, although it's up to you and your WLS doc. Maybe this is a question for your surgeon. ?

I agree with Scottsgiel, that doesn't sound right. The whole point of WLS I'd we don't had to take pills and do weird diets anymore, we just eat a high-Protein diet from now until we die
