Post op weight 232 today 203.

I am still on liquid, having a hard time with acid reflux, and Water seems to be my only friend! I am worried I will never be able to tolerate anything again! I feel ok but this can't last forever! Light nausea , and gas+ constipation! Having a hard time , don't like anything sweet right now! I am glad for weight loss, but worried about my health , hoping it gets better!

I was sleeved 10/31 and will be on liquds till Thanksgiving. I have lost 12 lbs thus far but am STARVING. Protein drinks go down fine, Water does as well. I havent seen any issues with anything yet. No gas, no pain, just tire easily. Walked 6 blocks to market this morning (round trip) and just finished popping in the ingedients to chicken enchilada tortilla Soup into the crockpot. Dishes washed and ready for nap!

I hope the NUT finds it in her heart to progress me sooner! This is very trying and tiring. 3rd week of Clear liquids. I need substance!

Prepared and capable of keep on keeping on!

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
