movin' and groovin'

OK, This thread is dedicated to our new active lifestyles! Have a pic of you doing something active? Gardening, walking, or more? Lifting weights, camping, hiking.... horse back?

Let me start... heres one from my kayaking trip to Cosumnas River yesterday, and one from June Lake, Mammoth a couple of weeks ago. It fun to move!

...hijack here... I just noticed we are ALL lap band patients .... WTF? Do you all see that too? When I logged in, it took me to the lap band forums....

Oh feed! I can't see this either just the preview of you posting... And we are all lapbands?!!

NO!

We are all lapbands, and I have a pic of someone else in my signature. (She is very cute... but not me!) I also have a line in my Avatar list that says "0 warning points" Ha! Nice to know!

wait, yours says you are a gastric sleeve patient, but the others... gastric band....

That lady is Marty 7... I don't know her but she posted that in 2010. As far as your warning post.... Go figure! I have none, and say s*it all the time.

No bueno... I hope your day goes well. I'm getting a little stressed here so I think I need to sign out for a minute.

I'm not exercising at all unless you count the occasional donning of body armor and the 10 trips a day I make to the latrine, which is far away and probably adds up to a mile. I want to lift weights and do compound exercises but don't know what is stopping me.

Ohhh I wanna join!! Your first two pics...gorgeous!! I'm way down south, no mountains...I've started exercising and it makes me feel sooo much better. I don't do a lot (compared to some folks on here) but ANY is better than what I've done in the past...which was zilch! Idk that I'm up for pics yet though, but I do enjoy looking at y'all's. :):)

Hi Redbean, I just saw you on MFP (Im sukielovesveggies there).

This is a private goupe  for vets who are using the 5:2 method, The switch going on here has so far thrown it into the general publlic, but I imagine that will change as soon as Alex gets to it. You are always welcome to look, just not post... we do admit some requests for new members, but most are well over a year out and use the 5:2 method... we are mostly here for support of that. Do friend me on MFP! And, thanks for liking my photos, getting moving has really been such a great part of this lifestyle change!

I went Ziplining. I have pics but don't know how to put them on here. But I had a blast!! Something i never would have done before lap band. Whoo Hooo!!
