Rash on my torso just the front

Has anyone else gotten a rash? It's just on my tummy area. I was sleeved on Monday and have not taken any pain meds since Wednesday? I feel good. Still dying for a big swig of liquid. I am getting my 70 protein. Working on liquids. I feel good except for this itchy rash

I got a CRAZY rash on my abdomen the first week after surgery. I itched myself raw in a few places. When I went for my one week post-op appointment, my doctor said it was likely an allergy to betadine because I was itching everywhere they washed me with it before surgery. She told me to use hydrocortisone cream on the entire area, EXCEPT anywhere near my sutures and to be extremely careful not to get the cream on a suture area because I had dermabond and the cream would break down the dermabond. The rash/itching lasted about 10 days and then I was fine.

Thanks for your reply I am thinking Benadryl tonight I see the dr. On Monday . I think that you are write about the wash. I have super sensitive skin

My doctor told me I could take Benadryl as well, and I tried it first, but the cream worked much better, plus I was still taking pain meds and it made me even more sleepy, so after two days of Benadryl I just used the cream.
