My Dr. did not give me a goal weight. I started at 192,current weight 162,he said that I have lost 33% of my excess weight. So I don't know how to figure out my goal weight.Can anybody help .

It was very hard for about 1 week. Now I have no problem drinking.eating tuna is an issue for me. Only could eat about 2 oz.

I was the 21st and my largest indication was very sore and larger than the others and raised. I saw my dr. Last Monday and said it look ok. If it is really bad I would ask to come in before Thursday. Do u think that it's infected ?

I am out 9 days and am struggling with the liquids. This may be a dumb question but does the protein shake count toward liquids? I too find that endurance is an issue. But having 600 calories a day can be hard on your body. Good luck everyone... One day at a time.

I just had a scrambled egg and I am 7 days. On day 11 it will be on my plan. I was just so darn hungry.

I am 7 days also. I have been taking liquid vitimins. When this bottle is done the Dr. Saiid to go to a multi-v. When do u start purée ?

I was sleeved on Monday and I am taking my pills( they are small) and I take a nexium capsule.

I have been on the roller coaster since I was 11. I a 54. Yes I do want to enjoy all my favorite foods. Just little bits. This is a tool for me to have portion control.

Has anyone else gotten a rash? It's just on my tummy area. I was sleeved on Monday and have not taken any pain meds since Wednesday? I feel good. Still dying for a big swig of liquid. I am getting my 70 protein. Working on liquids. I feel good except for this itchy rash
