Hi folks,

I am planning a vacation/lapband trip to Mexico. Pre-banding, my husband, 6 yr old daughter and I will be staying in San Diego for a bit of sightseeing (SeaWorld, the Zoo, etc). Can anyone suggest a good place to stay? I don't think we will be renting a car, so something convenient to transit, and maybe with a pool would be great (I am leaving my dh and daughter in SD while I go to Dr. Ortiz). We'll be there for about 9 nights in total.

I would go online to San Diego's web site, and see what they have listed. It should show you what price, how far from each attraction--what ammenties each has. I found a huge page full of info at www.sandiego.com it would be a good starting place. Sounds like you all get a good time!!!
