Trouble sleeping

Hello, I was sleeved on 9/18 and have not slept very good since then, my husband says I'm restless and I wake up way before my alarm only to feel tired throughout the day, I used to be asleep by 830 before surgery, now I'm lucky to fall asleep by 10, does anyone else have this problem?

I am prob not a good one to comment since I was just sleeved 5 days ago, but I am having the same problem. Not due to pain or anything, I am just restless and awake off and on. I do get a headache in middle of the night which I suspect is lack of fluids so I am stepping that up. Are you doing lots of walking during the day?

I've been back to work for 2 weeks and I'm walking every day, I'm thinking maybe it's because I'm taking my supplements at night time, I'm going to try and take them in the morning and see what happens.

I haven't slept well either...wish I knew why

When I am losing weight, I have to go to the bathroom all the time. Especially at night -- I was up every hour! Could that be an issue?

I also found that if I had some Protein before I went to bed I slept better. Dairy also helps you sleep (that's the reason for warm milk before bed). So I have a 4 oz cup of Greek yogurt before I go to bed. It gives me dairy, protein and is not hard to digest so my tummy is not working all night, like it would be if I ate something like carbs.

I am 5 months post op (tomorrow as a matter of fact) and I now sleep like a dead person because of the copious amounts of exercise. But I still have my Greek yogurt at night. It's my nightly treat.
