What foods can you simply not have anymore?
Try frozen yogurt, they make some really yummie flavors and it's easy on the tummy, I'm almost 5 weeks out and I haven't found anything that I can't eat yet.

Weight Loss Stall at 2 weeks Post-op
I stalled 2 weeks out too and I just started seeing the scale move (4 weeks out) also remember, those of us who don't have much to lose to begin with are going to lose slower than those with a higher BMI.

Trouble sleeping
I've been back to work for 2 weeks and I'm walking every day, I'm thinking maybe it's because I'm taking my supplements at night time, I'm going to try and take them in the morning and see what happens.

Trouble sleeping
Hello, I was sleeved on 9/18 and have not slept very good since then, my husband says I'm restless and I wake up way before my alarm only to feel tired throughout the day, I used to be asleep by 830 before surgery, now I'm lucky to fall asleep by 10, does anyone else have this problem?

- Help! If I loose 8 more lbs on the pre-op diet I will be below a 30 BMI. Can I still have the surgery?
If you have co morbidities you can have a lower BMI, my guess is that you do otherwise your insurance wouldn't have approved it.- 4 months out and falling off wagon
It's a shame because I really wanted a SUPPORT forum, I'm headed to the hospital in a few hours for my surgery. Anyone know of any less dramatical forums out there?- 4 months out and falling off wagon
Ugh, this is too much drama for me, I just started using this app last week and it seems like I'm going to have to delete it!- 4 months out and falling off wagon
I'm sorry that you are going through this, i think we have set in our minds that once we have the surgery we are set for smooth sailing, I'm having my surgery tomorrow and I hope and pray that I am one of the successful people, I think that the group supports that I will be required to go to will help me achieve my goals and I feel that if anyone has the ability to attend them they should, one thing we have to keep in mind is that this surgery is a "TOOL" for us, it is not a guarantee that we will reach our goals and keep the weight off that is up to us to make happen. I wish you the best of luck on your journey and hope you get back on the right path.- September Sleevers...! Come on in and chat!
I'm scheduled for this Wednesday 9/18, I'm pretty nervous for the fact that I don't want to lose too much can't seem to do it on my own, I currently weigh 179 and I don't want to get below 140, I've read stories where people have lost 30 pounds only a few weeks after surgery, I hope I'm not one of them.- vitamins ?!
I suggest a multi vitamin with minerals gummies and the shakes I use from Walmart are EAS advantEDGE.- vitamins ?!
I wouldn't recommend centrum for anyone, your body does not absorb them, they have done studies and have found whole centrums in the sewer systems, I wouldn't even trust the chewables. - Help! If I loose 8 more lbs on the pre-op diet I will be below a 30 BMI. Can I still have the surgery?
