Well, I had surgery on Monday to fix my band

I had surgery on 2/26/2007 to repair my hiatal hernia and reposition my slipped band. He also found a large hole in my stomach and had to repair it while he was in there. He said it was a very difficult surgery. Recovery wasn't a breeze either. I got home yesterday due to low BP, my sugar kept bottoming out and explosive diarrhea. Fun, fun. But, I can drink and eat mushy stuff now and have NO PAIN! Yea!

Also, I got married on 2/25/2007 so I spent my honeymoon in the hospital.:cry

Oh you poor thing!!! At least you have the new hubby to help care for you as you recover, and will be a healthy new you to start this marriage off!! I hope the lack of pain continues, and you heal without issue.

CONGRATULATIONS you newlywed you!!!

Glad to hear you're home and healing!! Yeah, why did you have a hole in your stomach? Did he say your band had eroded through? Or did you have an ulcer somewhere else?

Anyway, rest up and get better fast!
