Nov 6 Surgery 10/23 Start of PreOp Diet

Hey everyone. I'm glad I found this app/site. I'm optimistically freakin' nervous. I love food! Don't we all? Hoping that I will be up to soft foods come Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, a Thanksgiving dinner would be my death row meal if I'm ever there (I hope not!).

We'll get through the pre-op together. Look up OneLifetoSleeve on YouTube. I don't know this guy but he's been helpful and inspiring with his video blog.

Take care!
