Last appointment w Doc before lapband - Questions to ASK??

Hello All:

I've got my 1x1 with my doc - the last appointment before surgery and I was wondering if you can post any questions that you either asked or more importantly those you forgot to ask and wish that you had pre surgery?

This question is mainly for those of you who have already had the surgery. :) One week out!!!
