Band Surgery 3/12 with Dr. Spivak

I have my surgery scheduled for 3/12/07. I am a self pay so everything has gone more quickly than expected. I have thought about this for a long time and researched extensively but I am terribly nervous.

I loved Dr. Spivak and feel really comfortable with him. I have been haunting this board and reading all the FAQ's and suggestions (trying to stay away from complications) - I don't want to scare myself.
