Yea..you might have a hard time finding a doctor to do it... hopefully someone will reply... but this website does NOT get to much action. .

I had mine done in Mexico with a 32 bmi' date=' 30 bmi on surgery day. That's still I obese depending on your height.[/quote']

I'm Scheduled for June 21st! Most of the time I feel really excited however sometimes I'm thinkin am I crazy?!?

I thought that too, many of times... Like is it worth the risk if I'm low bmi? But low bmi for how long? So I did it... I've lost about 40 pds, have 14 more to go before goal. It's unreal, I would have never got here without this. Eating a cup of food and feeling full... It's a miracle lol

Yeah having a low BMI and talking on these site a little scary cause people are so opinionated about the lower BMI. I'm scheduled for June 21st at OCC. I have chosen the gastric plication and I'm fairly confident that that will work for me because I'm a lower BMI. Congratulations on your 40 pound weight loss that's awesome!! I can't wait to be telling my story on how I lost 40 pounds.

Oh good for you! That's where I went! Dr Ortiz and dr Martinez were great! If you have any questions let me know;) pm me if you want!

My surgery is at OCC in Tijuana Mexico the cost is 6500 dollars self pay and you can have a BMI as low as 28. Look up obesity control center.com. :) Hope this is helpful.

I'm also going to the OCC on July 24th since I will be in San Diego on business. I am a 30 BMI 5ft 10 230 lbs size 14/16 seeking to be an 8/10. Having the plication. A bi scared but mostly ready to find comfort in my skin.

Only 6 more days until surgery!!! My mind won't seem to stop!! Sometimes I am so relieved that it's going to be here soon and other times I'm terrified about being put under general anesthesia.

Counting down the hours .... I will be having surgery tomorrow morning!!!! I have only been able to have water all day.... feels like I'm going to die I have a headache :(
