did it stop you from wanting to eat??because that is where i have a hard time when i start eating i do not stop till i go to bed, may be if i had protein shake in stead of food the would not happen nancy

It does not work right away give it about 30 minutes after drink it and you will feel satisfied.Always drink this first and then u can have a small meal if you still hungry.Or a protien bar
