Finally .... wait dropping but I can eat a little more

Had surgery 1-21-13 started 368 now 9-11-13 245 ..... now comes more arm workouts and Jan comes ab workout ....now only if nausea would go the hell away and I can eat at least ground turkey bc I don't eat pork or beef but chicken won't stay down ....

Keep going! You are an inspiration losing 123 pounds in 8 months.

I hope the nausea and indigestion get better. Did you ever try meat replacements made out of Seitan, Tofu, Tempeh, Quorn, Paneer, or TVP ?

I don't do chicken, beef or pork well either... I mainly stick to veggies, cheese, yogurt and fish.
