Feeling Nauseous?

I was wondering if anyone else has this issue? When I get too hot I start to feel extremely nauseous. I have delayed starting a workout regimen because of this. It's not just once in awhile, it is literally anytime I feel hot. It happens even when i am in an air conditioned area. Did anyone else have this problem? If so did anything help you out? I am four months out.

You may not be getting enough fluids. It is a sign of heat exhaustion. Sounds like that might be happening. How much fluids are you getting?

I get in around 90 ounces. Fluids are good. It's just a heat thing. :/
