When would be a good idea to start the gym in full

I was wondering like how long can I go back to the gym for a full work out ?

That is really up to your doctor and your body. I went back to playing soccer 8 weeks after surgery. It was a little early, but it felt so good to play again!

I would talk to the doc. It really depends on you, your progress and health. Best Wishes!

Check with your surgeon, mine released me to do anything I wanted like 3 wks post op. He said if I did anything that hurt I was to stop but I started jogging and all was good. It all depends on the person and how well you healed.
