I am a visual learner. I love looking at people's before and after pictures and can't find a thread on here already dedicated to that. I so far only have before pics because my surgery isn't until August 8th but I would love to see others pics as inspiration!

I was 7/22/13 ,you will do fine I'm 13 days post op & down from 236 to 219 = 17lbs gone

Just a stall don't worry sometime s you lose inches insread of pounds.

That's the most frustrating part of post op life. Hitting the dreaded stalls. Then come and go and I've resorted to using a measuring tape to assure myself all hope wasn't lost.

Try to eat more Protein. I average somewhere in the mid 60s and just got off of a 2 week stall by eating 75 grams of protein. Who knew eating more could make you lose more weight? Lol
