Too fat now too skinny

I'm disappearing :( I lost 5 more pounds & I was trying to maintain my weight. I'm 105 if another 5 pounds is gone I'm not posting up my weight. I don't want to lose more.

Help someone Don anyone. Thanks

I think we all can relate. But losing too much weight is something to be wary of as well. If I recall correctly (big if lol)' date=' you said in one of your posts that your doctor set a goal weight for you somewhere around 130 to 140. At 105 you're 25+ pounds below that. That's a lot - some might suggest too much. The only way you're going to gain confidence in your ability to control your weight is to test it. Experiment. Nice and easy - minor adjustments.

Your food log is the absolute perfect tool for doing just that. Use it! You will very quickly discover that you absolutely can precisely control your weight - up, down or maintaining. Your confidence will soar. It's all about confidence and control, not fear and denial. You can do this and you'll be oh so glad you did!![/quote']

I will try it starting over next week Monday :) I increase the calorie intake to 1300 and lets see what happens. I'm making better decisions in food intake. Real food gets me fuller for longer then having a snack & then keep snacking on healthy but not so full feeling food. I have to try to make better plans to stick to it.
