Im already clear for everything just waiting to see the surgeon to see what happens then.

I saw my surgeon every month for 6 months then submitted to insurance after all tests were done. Our docs do things differently so responses will vary. Best Wishes

Thank you for your time.. here is a little different I had to see the nutritionist monthly then she clear me after 5 visits.. The siquiatric evaluation I didnt passed it the first time so they send me for 6 months of counseling then finally they clear me.. The last papel I needed it was the approval of my doctor. After the labs and all that..then they give.us an appoinment to see the surgeon but after seen him I dont know what next... I got the appointment for August 13
