I am eating my last super unhealthy meal today. I'm 5 weeks from being done with a supervised diet that I half arsed followed. I was doing so well the first 3 months, then my 4th month we were moving and I just kind of went back to my old ways of eating out constantly, and eating easy to cook meals. I am almost to the end of my 5th month and realize that if I want to be successful I need to get back on track.

I think the thing that helps the most, is I found a Protein shake I actually like.

What was your 'final' junk food meal?

I am eating pizza and cheese cake, then tomorrow it is salad and chicken with 2 shakes and some healthy Snacks.

My "last" meal was a big fail!!! I wanted to EAT!!! My last meal was 2 days before surgery.

I had hot wings and fries and lots and lots of diet cherry Pepsi... I stopped drinking soda in January and in July I knew it was bye forever so I DRANK soda! Lol

The hot wings were so spicy (and I love spicy!) once I was in week 2-5 post op I was so mad I didn't have a better last meal. I would so have a do over and do better!!!! Lol

My last supper was actually a last week end one day was alfredo's which is mexican food chips and salsa with the enchilada platter and riverwind casino in oklahoma has a buffet prime rib, fried chicken, bbq ribs and cheese cake and ice cream to end it. now no buffet and first meal restaurant was fathers day shared a plate with daughter and had about 4 bites of fish filet and 4 bites of cole slaw. since can't drink and eat when out I order a glass of ice with lemon wedge while everyone else drinks soda. why is my drink request the only one that gets messed up LOL.

Surgery is July 16. My final meal was yesterday, Chicago's own, Harold's Fried chicken 4 piece with salt/pepper and hot sauce and a 2 liter Pepsi. Dessert was about 4 apple slices from the nearby bakery. I'm done now. I am having for lunch today some cream of chicken Soup, no crackers and I will chase it down with Water.< /p>

I had a few last meals. Fried chicken (which is weird because I never ate it alot to begin with), Chinese food, pizza, baked scallops with lots of ritz crackers, and ice cream from polar cave with a fresh, warm waffle cone. Yum! They were all amazing. And now I'm craving a scrambled egg because that's all I can eat. Funny how things change.

What a wonderful last meal! I can truly relate to Harold's Fried Chicken Shack in Chi!

It's funny cuz knowing it was my last gluttonous meal, I had to force myself to eat it all.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.

I have no clue where to upload this, so I'll put it here. This is pre-op vs the morning of my 6 month appointment! In office I weight 232, that's 88 lbs down since my highest weight, 75 lbs since my surgery weight! I can't believe this jacket fit... I am smaller now than the last time I was this size which the surgeon found really amusing. He's happy with where I am in my weight loss and estimates I'll be around 200 lbs by my 1 year anniversary! My lowest weight as an adult is 195, so that's pretty damn exciting to think I'll be near that at a year. Everything from there will be unknown territory!!
