Puffy/Tired Eyes! Am I the only one?

So lately I've been waking up with puffy/Tired eyes. I've been doing everything required.

70-90 grams of Protein

70-80 ounces of Water

All my Vitamins

Your body goes thru lots of changes in the first year....after about a year everything falls into place. Try getting more sleep maybe?

Could it be allergies or hay fever? I've never had either before but did have hay fever this year for the first time. Don't know if it was because of the surgery but that's the only thing that changed. Just a thought.
