Great Appt this morning, Dr. very pleased with my progress, incisions look really good, I can now do exercises like Treadmill. Exercise Bike, all cardio I must wait until after week 3, still no lifting over 10 pounds for 2 weeks then nothing over 20 pounds for another 2 weeks. He started me on all my vitamins today too. I was down 14.5 pounds since surgery, that's the excess fluids from the hospital plus 10 more pounds. Yay I'm so excited, never ever have I ever achieved that when dieting ever. He told me to continue full liquids and then switch to puréed soft next week for 2 weeks then on to normal foods, I can't wait.
