Protein is making me nauseous today

Had most of a shake this morning for breakfast, ended up dumping the rest out because it was making my stomach nauseous and rumbly. For lunch I had some protein spaghetti with meat sauce. Now again I feel nauseous and rumbly. Anyone to through this? This is the first time it's happened for me that I can think of.

Sounds like a bad pouch day. One of those things with no explanation. Yesterday my shake made my stomach wrench and gave me diarrhea but today, no problems.

It's weird. It has a mind of its own lol

Those protein shakes r disgusting at times. I struggle with them too. It's funny how your taste buds change.

Happens to me often. I can eat something and then the next time I eat it, it makes me nauseous. I use Zofran frequently and would suggest getting some. The only protein shakes I can handle are the juice bases Syntrax nectar and unjury chicken soup. The other ones turn my stomach.

I have found some Proteins that I can tolerate fine. The only Protein shake I've been drinking is the Atkins shakes but I'm getting really sick of them. Wish I could find another one I like. Really thinking of trying Tropical smoothie, just a little concerned about calorie intake, though I'm well under range now so I think I have room to play with.
